Gym owners who claim a listing are responsible for the accuracy of the information they publish, including pricing, hours, and amenities. Claiming a listing for a business you are not authorised to represent is a breach of these terms.
We work to keep listings accurate, but details such as pricing, opening hours, and amenities change frequently and are often supplied by third parties. We do not warrant that any listing is complete or current. Always confirm details directly with the gym before joining or paying.
Paid listing plans are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Specific refund terms are stated at the point of purchase.
Nothing on this site is medical or fitness advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise programme. Your dealings with any gym, including membership agreements and any injury arising from training, are between you and that gym.
The site is provided on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or from your dealings with any gym listed on it.
