TopGymsUSA (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the gym directory at topgymsusa.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what choices you have.
Our website address is https://topgymsusa.com. We publish a directory of gyms and fitness facilities in the United States, allow members of the public to leave reviews, and allow gym owners to claim and manage their listings.
If you register an account, we collect your name and email address. We currently offer registration through Google Sign-In; when you use it, Google shares your basic profile information and email address with us. We never receive or store your Google password.
If you submit or claim a gym listing, we collect the business information you provide, including business name, address, phone number, opening hours, pricing, photographs, and evidence of your relationship to the business for verification purposes.
When you leave a review we store its content, your display name, and the date submitted. Reviews are published publicly. We also record your IP address and browser user agent string to help detect spam.
Our servers automatically record your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages you view. We use this to keep the site secure and to understand which listings and cities are most useful to visitors.
We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your search filters, and measure site performance. If you sign in, we set a session cookie that is discarded when you close your browser, plus a longer-lived cookie if you choose to stay signed in. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may stop working.
Gym listings may include embedded content such as maps, videos, and social media feeds. These providers can collect data about you, set their own cookies, and track your interaction with that embedded content exactly as if you had visited their website directly.

Reviews and their metadata are kept indefinitely so that follow-up replies can be recognised and displayed in context. For registered users, we store the profile information you provide, and you can view, edit, or delete it at any time. Site administrators can also view and edit that information.
If you have an account or have left a review, you can request an export of the personal data we hold about you, and you can ask us to erase it. This excludes data we must keep for administrative, legal, or security reasons. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
